Green Bean Recipe

Green bean side dish



3 C green beans cut in half
1/2 onion, chopped
6 slices of bacon cut into 1 inch pieces 
2 cloves garlic
1/3 C cherry tomatoes 
1 Tbs water


Start by heating up a nonstick pan to medium high heat. 

Place your bacon in heated pan and crisp up. Once bacon is almost cooked, add in chopped onion, and green beans. 

Cook together for 3-4 min then add in garlic and onion. Sauté 1 min then add in water and cover. 

Turn pan heat down to a simmer and cook for 5-10min until green beans are soft but not mushy.
